Freeze the acceptance basis
Use the signed technical agreement, approved drawings, line-item quotation, inspection checklist, document list, and deviation log. Record revision numbers.
| Area | Evidence |
|---|---|
| Identity | Model, serial or chassis number, manufacturer, order line, labels |
| Dimensions | Overall, body or deck, wheelbase, axle spacing, coupling, clearance |
| Configuration | Engine or tractor interfaces, transmission, axles, suspension, brakes, tires, hydraulics |
| Functions | Start, controls, steering, braking, tipping or ramp functions under agreed safe conditions |

Close deviations before dispatch
Describe every deviation against the approved requirement, agree the disposition, and retain reinspection evidence. Shipment release should be explicit.
