Mining Truck RFQ Checklist: Payload, Route, Grade, and Duty
Payload is only one selection input. Route grade, road width, altitude, duty cycle, material, and loading method shape the useful configuration.

Describe the material and payload basis
State the material, loose bulk density, moisture, maximum lump size, target payload, body volume preference, and loading equipment. A volume target must be checked against density and safe payload.
Map the route and operating cycle
| Area | Data to provide |
|---|---|
| Route | Distance, maximum and average grade, road width, curves, surface, water, dust |
| Environment | Altitude, ambient temperature, rain, corrosion, mine rules |
| Duty | Cycles per shift, hours per day, loading and dumping time, target availability |
| Interfaces | Loader bucket, loading height, discharge location, workshop and fuel support |
| Configuration | Drive side, power, transmission, tires, braking, cab and safety options |
| Commercial | Quantity, destination, trade term, timing, documents, inspection |
Separate model data from destination approval
Ask for the released model data sheet and the exact certificate or approval evidence needed by the mine or destination. A brochure phrase does not prove the ordered configuration is accepted for use.
